We are licensed in most of the provinces in Canada.We broker Mortgages to over 31 different lenders including TD Canada Trust, Scotia Bank, National Bank, and Bank of Montreal. Our fees are paid by the lenders (OAC) so there is no cost to the borrower for our service. We place millions of dollars worth of mortgages annually and this volume allows us to negotiate a better deal with the lender than normally available at the branch level. We provide Canadians with a choice of lending options where the best deal is not contingent on moving all business to one institution. We take care of the consumer first in the borrowing process and understand that the most important person is the consumer. We represent the consumers to the lenders so that their interest is protected and they receive solutions that are best for them, not the institutions.
